I love the new look of the promo site 37signals recently released for their take on CRM, I use the product to track my conversations and emails with clients and prospects and love it. It takes little time to set up and is super easy to import contacts from other databases or from an excel spreadsheet. I have used other CRM software and most of them try to do everything for everyone and fail because the end user doesn't have the time or discipline to use all of the features baked into the software and thus the results come up short of the expectations.
